Qing PANG, born December 24, 1979 in Harbin, Heilongjiang is a Chinese pair skater. With partner Tong Jian, Qing PANG is the 2010 Olympic silver medalist, the 2006 and 2010 World Champion, a five-time Four Continents champion (2002, 2004, 2008, 2009 & 2011) and the 2008 Grand Prix Final Champion.
Qing PANG and Tong Jian are the world record holders for pairs' score in the free skating under the ISU Judging System.
As of 20 February 2011, they have the 3rd highest total score in international competition in 2010–11. The International Skating Union (ISU) ranks them 2nd in the world
