All product returns must have a Return Authorization Number. Please contact us at 704 907 7662 or email us under : contact@mkblades.us for an RA Number. RA Number requests must be received by Mkblades within 10 days of receipt of the product by the customer. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on exchanged items. The returned products must be in new and un-worn condition and returned in their original and complete packaging. We charge a flat fee of 25% for all returns with mistakes made on your side, such as ordered the wrong size, wrong blade, etc. If in any case we send out the wrong product we will not charge any shipping or other related fees. It is in our highest priority to ensure you receive superior service, please contact us for any concerns you might have.
Returned products with missing or damaged packaging, products returned without an RA Number, or any return accepted by mkblades.us after 10 days will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.
NOTE: Skate boxes with shipping labels attached will be considered damaged and a 40% restocking fee WILL BE CHARGED!!
