Cynthia Phaneuf (born January 16, 1988 in Sorel-Tracy, Quebec) is a Canadian figure skater. Cynthia PHANEUF is the 2004 and 2011 Canadian national champion and a three-time (2005, 2009, 2010) Canadian silver medalist. Cynthia PHANEUF finished in fifth place at the 2010 World Figure Skating Championships and represented Canada at the 2010 Winter Olympics.
As of 20 February 2011, Cynthia PHANEUF has the 16th highest total score in international competition in 2010–11. As of 14 December 2010, the International Skating Union (ISU) ranks Cynthia PHANEUF 13th in the world.
