Desert Ice Skating Club Of Arizona

Desert Ice Skating Club Of Arizona (also known as DISCOA) was formed in July of 2006 and became a provisional Club of U.S. Figure Skating in April of 2007.In August of 2007, we were granted  501©(3) status by the IRS.  We are now an official USFS club!

The Desert Schools Coyotes Center in Chandler, Arizona is the home rink for the
Desert Ice Skating Club of Arizona.

Desert Ice Skating Club Of Arizona provides club ice time to our members each month, offers test sessions judged by USFS certified judges, and provides and encourages opportunities to participate in competitions. We host Arizona Ice Classic in February to kick off the season and our members offer assistance and support to the Desert Breeze competition held in June at Polar Ice Chandler in Chandler. We have a phenomenal group of volunteers without whom, none of this would be possible.
The ultimate goal and purpose of Desert Ice Skating Club Of Arizona is to cultivate and develop a spirit of mutual respect and support among ice skaters, both competitive and recreational, of all ages and abilities.
