Manuela Ruben (born 14 January 1964 in Lauda, Germany) is a former figure skater who competed in ladies singles for West Germany. Manuela Ruben won the gold medal at the German Figure Skating Championships for three consecutive years, starting in 1982.
Manuela Ruben won the silver medal at the 1984 European Figure Skating Championships, placed seventh at the 1984 Winter Olympic Games, and came in sixth at the 1984 World Figure Skating Championships.
